Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.
• Ghana: typically 1–3 business days after processing
• International: typically 3–7 business days after processing (varies by destination and customs)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.

Customs & Duties (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. House of Ayira is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:
• unused and unaltered,
• in its original packaging,
• with all tags/labels intact, and
• not installed, cut, colored, washed, or brushed.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Once approved, you must ship the item back within 48 hours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• custom orders
• sale/discounted items
• items showing signs of use/installation
