Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Times

  • Ghana (in-stock items): 2–3 business days

  • United States: 2–5 business days after processing

  • International: 5–10 business days after processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. House of Ayira is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, House of Ayira is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
